What you'll do

  • Create automated dashboards and analytics to monitor SQA metrics and identify potential quality gaps.
  • Provide expert mentorship and training on IT Quality standards, DevOps toolchains, and policy interpretation.
  • Manage infrastructure change management and risk assessments to maintain business continuity and regulatory compliance.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience, Master's with 6 years, or PhD with 2 years is required.
  • Proven expertise in DevOps toolchains (Jira, Confluence, qTest, Jenkins, GitLab, AWS, Azure DevOps), automation pipelines, and CI/CD.
  • Experience managing SQA practices, validation strategy, risk management, and incident mitigation.
  • Experience supporting regulatory audits and compliance with agencies like the FDA.
  • Strong skills in analytics, project management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of Computer Software Assurance (CSA), digital transformation in quality, and contemporary validation practices.
  • Ability to coach teams on policy, SLC execution, and regulatory requirements.
  • Professional certifications such as ASQ CQA, PMP, or Six Sigma (preferred); experience in life sciences (preferred); supervisory experience (preferred).
