What you'll do

Design, implement, and maintain the Software Life Cycle framework across technology systems using a risk-based approach.
Automate the collection, validation, and reporting of IT control evidence within CI/CD pipelines and integrated toolchains.
Apply AI tooling to enhance control monitoring, trend analysis, and anomaly detection across regulated systems.
Translate complex regulatory requirements into technical specifications and control configurations for engineering teams.
Maintain dynamic digital traceability records linking requirements, system designs, and verification evidence for audit readiness.
Ensure data integrity by applying ALCOA+ principles across all governed technology platforms.
Lead evidence preparation and coordinate remediation efforts to ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.
Communicate technical complexity into compliance-relevant language for leadership and governance stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience, Master's with 5 years, or PhD with no experience required.
Demonstrated experience working in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
Fluency with modern software development toolchains including GitHub, Jira, JFrog Artifactory, qTest, ServiceNow, and CI/CD platforms.
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and control configurations.
Experience embedding controls into DevOps workflows or software delivery pipelines.
Ability to communicate credibly between governance stakeholders and engineering teams.
Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with AI systems in a regulated context including governance and data integrity considerations (preferred).
