What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Systems, or a related technical field.

12+ years of engineering experience in power electronics, data center power, critical power infrastructure, utility-scale power, or power products manufacturing.
5+ years of experience leading technical teams, advanced engineering teams, or architecture programs.
Deep knowledge of AC/DC power architectures, MV/LV systems, power conversion, energy storage, grid interconnection, redundancy, reliability, and data center power delivery.
Hands-on power architecture and design experience with a personal portfolio of schematics, models, and prototypes driven to working hardware.
Experience translating future technology concepts into executable product requirements, prototypes, and manufacturable platforms.
Strong customer-facing technical leadership with hyperscale, colocation, AI infrastructure, or critical power customers.
