What you'll do

  • Lead the research, development, and technical roadmap for next-generation data center power solutions.
  • Define and advance power architectures across medium-voltage and low-voltage systems, distribution, and energy storage.
  • Translate advanced power concepts into scalable, productized hardware designs and manufacturing specifications.
  • Execute hands-on design work including generating architectures, models, and technical analysis for power subsystems.
  • Establish interface standards and integration requirements for power systems within the integrated data center platform.
  • Serve as the technical authority for advanced power in customer engagements and industry forums.
  • Coordinate with systems engineering to co-engineer power systems with cooling, controls, and IT infrastructure.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers across various specialized areas of the data center stack.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Systems, or a related technical field is required.
  • A Master's degree or PhD is preferred or can be substituted by equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of engineering experience in power electronics, data center power, critical infrastructure, utility-scale power, or manufacturing is required.
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical teams, advanced engineering teams, or architecture programs is required.
  • Deep knowledge of AC/DC power architectures, MV/LV systems, power conversion, energy storage, and grid interconnection is required.
  • Experience translating technology concepts into executable product requirements, prototypes, and manufacturable platforms is required.
  • Strong customer-facing technical leadership experience with hyperscale, colocation, or AI infrastructure customers is required.
  • Hands-on experience in power architecture and design with a portfolio of schematics, models, and prototypes is required.
