What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Systems, or a related technical field is required.
A Master's degree or PhD is preferred or can be substituted by equivalent experience.
12+ years of engineering experience in power electronics, data center power, critical infrastructure, utility-scale power, or manufacturing is required.
5+ years of experience leading technical teams, advanced engineering teams, or architecture programs is required.
Deep knowledge of AC/DC power architectures, MV/LV systems, power conversion, energy storage, and grid interconnection is required.
Experience translating technology concepts into executable product requirements, prototypes, and manufacturable platforms is required.
Strong customer-facing technical leadership experience with hyperscale, colocation, or AI infrastructure customers is required.
Hands-on experience in power architecture and design with a portfolio of schematics, models, and prototypes is required.
