Associate Principal Engineer, Electrical Engineering

What you'll do

• Develop electrical architectures and technical specifications for AI data center infrastructure platforms.
• Design and validate electrical power distribution systems for high-density compute, networking, and storage environments.
• Define electrical requirements, component selection criteria, and control architectures for scalable and reliable systems.
• Lead electrical analysis, simulations, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations for complex system integrations.
• Support prototype builds, technology validation, new product introduction, and manufacturing readiness.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technology assessments, and technical roadmap development.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive technical excellence across multiple programs.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Master’s degree (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in electrical design, power systems, data center infrastructure, hardware product development, industrial systems, or mission-critical infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience leading electrical design and development from concept through validation, manufacturing readiness, and deployment.
• Strong expertise in electrical architecture, power distribution systems, power conversion technologies, controls, telemetry, monitoring systems, and infrastructure integration.
• Experience developing electrical requirements, specifications, schematics, validation plans, commissioning procedures, and qualification protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and resolve complex electrical and system integration challenges.
• Exceptional customer-facing, leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
