What you'll do

  • Develop electrical architectures and technical specifications for AI data center infrastructure platforms.

  • Participate in architecture reviews, technical roadmap development, and innovation initiatives.
  • Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across multiple programs.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in electrical design, power systems, data center infrastructure, hardware product development, industrial systems, or mission-critical infrastructure environments.
  • Proven experience leading electrical design and development from concept through validation, manufacturing readiness, and deployment.
  • Expertise in electrical architecture, power distribution systems, power conversion technologies, controls, telemetry, monitoring systems, and infrastructure integration.
  • Experience developing electrical requirements, specifications, schematics, validation plans, commissioning procedures, and qualification protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and influence technical strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor engineers.
