What you'll do

Analyze information security regulatory requirements including NIST FIPS 140-3 and NIAP Common Criteria.
Define product information security requirements and system designs based on customer needs and best practices.
Drive the certification process for StreamCaster MANET products under FIPS 140-3 and CSfC standards.
Improve general product security by adopting industry-standard practices and identifying gaps.
Implement and test various security protocols and encryption algorithms as needed.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or relevant field plus 10 years of networking products embedded software development experience.
Expertise in C/C++ programming and commonly used cryptographic algorithms, protocols, and libraries.
Demonstrated expertise with Linux OS programming and usage.
Proven expertise in IP networking at both layer 2 and layer 3.
Experience driving FIPS 140-3 certification process for products.
Must be a U.S. government contracts employee.
Strong communication and documentation skills required.
