What you'll do

Implement the software portion of MAC and mobile ad-hoc networking routing protocols.
Develop network management software and web interface implementations.
Implement various security protocols and encryption algorithms.
Develop audio streaming and push-to-talk voice applications.
Improve product security and robustness to meet NIST FIPS 140-3 and NIAP Common Criteria requirements.
Create testing software for product performance and reliability testing.
Develop and maintain device drivers and board support packages for ARM and RISC-V systems.
Perform Linux system customization and scripting.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Computer, or Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant engineering fields.
3 years of relevant embedded system software development experience.
1 year of relevant embedded system software development experience with an advanced STEM degree.
Expertise in C programming and experience in Linux kernel driver development.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Masters of Science degree in Electrical, Computer, or Communications Engineering, Computer Science (preferred).
Knowledge and experience of security protocols and encryption algorithms such as CNSA algorithms (preferred).
Experience in AMD UltraScale+ MPSoC and Microchip Polarfire SoC BSP support package development (preferred).
