The Principal Data Scientist Lead joins the Customer Service & Support organization to drive technical leadership and methodological excellence. In this role, you will set long-term visions for experimentation, causal inference, and machine learning while architecting scalable modeling frameworks adopted across teams. You will perform high-stakes analyses to identify causal relationships critical to strategic decisions and advise executives on measurement strategies. Required technical proficiencies include Python, R, and SQL, along with visualization tools like matplotlib, seaborn, and plotly. What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 10+ years of technical support, consulting, or IT experience.
Equivalent experience to the degree and years of experience requirement.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements.
Verification of U.S. citizenship via a valid passport.
