Principal Data Scientist, Cloud Gaming and AI

What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership to a team of data scientists and engineers for large-scale GPU compute services.
• Develop a technical roadmap and design solutions based on requirements from leadership and stakeholders.
• Build and deploy real-time analytics pipelines for user diagnostics, LLM chatbots, and suspicious activity detection.
• Process petabytes of data using statistical and AI/ML models to provide actionable insights for the organization.
• Use forecasting models and constraint optimization solvers to improve capacity management and server efficiency.
• Develop predictive models with explainability for customer retention, churn analysis, and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Create multi-agent self-learning harnesses to improve engineering productivity for analytics and deployments.

What we're looking for

• Master’s/PhD degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• 15+ years of software experience for large-scale and reliable production deployments.
• 8+ years of proven experience in Statistics, AI, or Machine Learning.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Java, and modeling frameworks like Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Experience with data storage and processing tools including Spark, Pandas, and Delta Lake.
• Proven track record as a lead in research and application of data science at scale.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred experience in User Retention Modeling, LLMs, Time Series Forecasting, or Operations Research.
