Principal Data Scientist, Cloud Gaming and AI

What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership to data scientists and engineers for global GPU compute service deployments.
• Design and implement AI/ML solutions to generate actionable insights and real-time prescriptive analytic pipelines.
• Build and deploy scalable solutions for user diagnostics, LLM chatbots, and suspicious activity detection.
• Develop forecasting models and constraint optimization solvers to improve capacity management and server efficiency.
• Create predictive models with explainability for user retention, churn analysis, and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Wrangling petabytes of data using statistical and LLM models to provide real-time insights for the organization.
• Build multi-agent self-learning harnesses to improve engineering productivity for analytics and deployments.

What we're looking for

• Master’s/PhD or equivalent experience in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• 15+ years of software experience for large-scale and reliable production deployments.
• 8+ years of proven experience in Statistics/AI/ML.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and Java programming languages.
• Proficiency with modeling frameworks such as Scikit-learn, Pytorch, and TensorFlow for large projects.
• Experience with data storage and processing tools including Spark, Pandas, and Delta Lake.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in User Retention Modeling, LLMs, Time Series Forecasting, or Operations Research (preferred).
