Principal, Data Center Physical Security Systems Delivery

What you'll do

• Define and enforce technical standards for physical security systems in data centers.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems by vendors.
• Ensure integration of physical security systems with data center operations and networks.
• Develop and support QA/QC processes for system acceptance and readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and standardize security system delivery.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in delivering physical security systems for data centers or similar critical infrastructure.
• Proven track record in managing vendor execution, quality assurance, and project delivery for complex construction projects.
• Deep technical expertise in access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and perimeter security systems.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including design, construction, operations, and network professionals.
• Experience in defining and enforcing technical standards and ensuring compliance with local codes and OCI requirements.
