The Principal Cybersecurity Analyst joins the Classified Solutions team to support information systems lifecycle activities. This role involves designing, integrating, and maintaining Cross-Domain Solutions to enable secure, policy-compliant data transfer between classified and unclassified networks. Key responsibilities include managing cybersecurity programs, conducting risk assessments, performing system audits, and leading formal Security Test and Evaluation. The analyst will configure hardware and software, identify configuration deviations, and prepare essential documentation like System Security Plans and Plans of Action and Milestones. Required skills include knowledge of NIST, JSIG, and DAAG frameworks, along with proficiency in tools such as ACAS, Nessus, Splunk, Trellix, and SCAP. The position addresses the technical challenge of maintaining continuous compliance with US Government security directives within complex networking environments.
Design, integrate, and maintain Cross-Domain Solutions for secure data transfer between classified and unclassified networks.
Manage the cybersecurity program for all assigned information systems and execute related security tasks.
Conduct regular system audits and continuous monitoring to enhance the information system security posture.
Perform network assessments to identify deviations from acceptable configurations, enclave policies, or local policies.
Drive the implementation of government policies and recommend process tailoring and security safeguards.
Establish and oversee program control processes to mitigate risk and support system Assessment and Authorization (A&A).
Lead formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) activities, including pre-test preparation and results analysis.
Prepare and submit A&A documentation such as System Security Plans and Plan of Action and Milestones.
What we're looking for
Must have a Master's degree with 3 years of experience, a Bachelor's with 5 years, an Associate's with 7 years, or a High School Diploma with 9 years.
Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for Cybersecurity (722), such as Security+ CE, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP.
Must have a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance with a closed investigation date within the last 6 years or be enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to work on-site full-time in Bellevue, Nebraska.
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field (preferred).
Experience in cybersecurity compliance, such as Assessment & Authorization under RMF (preferred).
Knowledge of security tools including ACAS, Nessus, Splunk, Trellix, and SCAP (preferred).
Knowledge of security frameworks and documentation such as NIST, JSIG, DAAG, SSPs, POA&Ms, and SCTMs (preferred).
Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) for secure data transfer across classified networks (preferred).
