The Principal Cyber Systems Engineer joins the Classified Solutions team to support information systems and network design, operation, and security activities. This role involves performing lab infrastructure design, deployment, configuration, and management while overseeing desktop virtualization and host system administration. The engineer will manage network and security functions for multiple software development environments, develop automation tools, and provide expertise in hardware-in-the-loop testing and simulations. Key responsibilities include integrating avionics systems into test environments, maintaining aircraft simulations, and managing cyber networking solutions to ensure secure communication between test systems. Required technical skills include Windows Server and Desktop management using Microsoft Configuration Management and PowerShell, VMWare applications, Active Directory Infrastructure, Atlassian, Coverity, Fortify, Splunk, Nessus, and SolarWinds. Design, deploy, configure, and manage lab infrastructure and host system administration.

Document test procedures, results, and best practices to support assurance and compliance efforts.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 5 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering.
Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering.
Current U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI security clearance with an investigation completed within the last 6 years or enrollment in the Continuous Evaluation Program.
Ability to obtain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance before the start date.
Current U.S. Government 8140 IAM Level II certification.
Experience managing Windows Server and Desktop systems, including Microsoft Configuration Management, PowerShell, and Active Directory Infrastructure.
Expertise in VMWare applications and management, including VDI and ESXi.
Proficiency in administering Atlassian, Coverity, and Fortify web applications.
