What you'll do

Design and maintain critical components of the unified network control plane for data center and WAN orchestration.
Architect resilient and scalable control systems using advanced networking technologies like routing, switching, and traffic engineering.
Develop and optimize algorithms for route computation, topology discovery, and fault recovery.
Write robust, well-tested code in systems programming languages such as Go, C++, Rust, or Java.
Resolve complex issues within production-scale distributed systems and real-time network states.
Lead code and design reviews to ensure high standards in networking and distributed systems.
Mentor less experienced engineers to foster technical growth and a collaborative culture.

What we're looking for

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
6 to 10+ years of experience in the field.
Advanced programming experience in at least one systems language such as Go, C++, Rust, or Java.
Strong knowledge of networking including L2/L3, routing protocols, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SDN, and WAN technologies.
Deep understanding of algorithms, distributed systems concepts, and system reliability.
Experience building resilient and performant software in production, cloud, or large enterprise environments (preferred).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
Track record of technical leadership, mentorship, and results delivery in complex projects (preferred).
