  • Resolve complex technical tradeoffs involving cost, speed, compliance, and system maintainability.
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership to improve the maturity of the contact center engineering team.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, Master's with 6 years, or PhD with 2 years in a related field.
  • Advanced experience with contact center systems including routing, CTI, ACD, IVR, workforce management, and multi-channel communication.
  • Experience deploying cloud applications with focus on disaster recovery, business continuity, failover, and platform resiliency.
  • Expertise in product selection, vendor evaluation, technology assessments, and proof of concept recommendations for contact center platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of systems development lifecycle, integration patterns, and technical architecture for application development.
  • Experience integrating contact center solutions with CRM, Salesforce, pharmacy fulfillment, authentication services, and enterprise APIs.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and provide high-level consultation to executive leadership.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or regulated environments (preferred).
