Principal Associate Business Learning Consultant

What you'll do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into effective training products for technical audiences.
• Manage the entire learning lifecycle from initial need identification and design through delivery and evaluation.
• Develop data-driven learning solutions that align with specific business goals and learner requirements.
• Implement an MVP-first strategy to facilitate rapid concept testing and continuous iteration based on user feedback.
• Conduct ongoing analysis to identify performance gaps and navigate complex problems within a matrixed environment.
• Use defined metrics and feedback to measure real-world performance outcomes and improve learning solutions.
• Manage multiple complex learning initiatives simultaneously with minimal oversight while maintaining high quality standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in learning or performance consulting.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management.
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in learning and development.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience educating, onboarding, or supporting technical roles such as product or tech talent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence partners.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and lead through change in a matrixed environment.
