What you'll do

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for complex banking application issues.
  • Troubleshoot product configurations, code defects, and database modifications.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to develop permanent bug fixes.
  • Design scalable support models and recommend architectural improvements.
  • Mentor team members and identify Subject Matter Experts.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of application support experience or 6 years with a relevant master’s degree
  • Extensive experience supporting Digital Banking systems and working with vendors like FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, log analysis, database error debugging, Python, Shell scripting
  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), DevOps practices
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitLab and working with logging/analytics tools
  • Proven ability to lead by influence, provide technical guidance, mentor team members in a collaborative setting
