  • Develop AI-augmented workflows across the enterprise CS motion, ensuring efficiency while maintaining high-touch service.
  • Influence Product roadmap by synthesizing enterprise customer needs into actionable insights for the Product team.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Post-Sales leadership.
  • Proven track record leading change management and digital transformation initiatives within large corporations.
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing CS teams (20+ CSMs) with clear performance frameworks.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise activation metrics including spend activation, product adoption, and net revenue retention.
  • Strong AI fluency and ability to drive AI-augmented workflows across a customer success team.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for engaging Fortune 500 C-suite stakeholders.
