What you'll do

  • Manage key client relationships to ensure strong retention and value delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists and managers.
  • Oversee onboarding plans and platform adoption strategies to improve client performance.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to processes, SLAs, and best practices for operational excellence.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and protect delivery profitability by maintaining commercial awareness.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in digital media, including Paid Social and broader advertising ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining senior client relationships.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a team with leadership and coaching skills.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and enabling clients to operate independently.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset with excellent communication abilities.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in paid media.
