Senior Power Platform Developer Lead

What you'll do

• Architect, develop, and maintain business solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) and Power Automate.
• Lead the migration of legacy InfoPath forms and workflows to modern Power Platform solutions.
• Design and manage advanced workflows, custom connectors, and integrations in SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments.
• Perform advanced administration for SharePoint site collections, permissions, content management, and troubleshooting.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization policies using Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Use PowerShell and other scripting tools to automate administrative tasks across SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Create technical documentation, migration guides, test plans, and end-user training materials.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), advanced Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Deep technical expertise in designing and migrating InfoPath forms and workflows to Power Platform solutions.
• Advanced skills in SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online administration, site design, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) management, including conditional access and security group administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting for automating tasks across SharePoint, Entra ID, and Power Platform environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, governance, and data loss prevention policies.
• Exposure to RESTful API development and integration techniques.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
