What we're looking for
A doctorate degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Neuroscience, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline is required.
Less than 5 years of research experience following the completion of a Ph.D. is required.
Advanced knowledge of non-invasive neuromodulation technologies including TMS, tACS, tDCS, Temporal Interference, focused ultrasound, and shock wave stimulation.
Advanced knowledge of human neurophysiology, motor control, neuromuscular function, pain mechanisms, and neural circuits underlying behavior and cognition.
Knowledge of multimodal neuroimaging principles and methodologies including EEG, NIRS, MRI, and diffusion imaging techniques.
Demonstrated ability to independently design, implement, and manage complex human-subject research studies.
Proficiency in signal processing, machine learning, statistical modeling, and quantitative data analysis.
Strong scientific writing skills with a demonstrated publication record in peer-reviewed journals and ability to contribute to grant writing.
