What you'll do

Define position sensing system architectures, use-case requirements, and validation criteria.
Document engineering requirements specifications for camera hardware systems.
Model sensing system behavior to predict performance through nominal, sensitivity, and Monte-Carlo analyses.
Lead the development and implementation of test and calibration codebases for sensing systems.
Perform and champion sensing system engineering validation with partner teams.
Analyze high-volume manufacturing data using statistical tools like JMP.
Conduct magneto-static simulations using Finite Element Analysis tools like ANSYS or COMSOL.
Develop behavioral models of sensing system signal chains in Matlab or Python to evaluate performance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in EE, ECE, Engineering Physics, or a similar field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
Experience with magnetic or optical sensing systems.
Experience with mixed-signal electronics and/or signal processing.
Experience with measurement science, calibration, or physical modeling.
Proficiency in Matlab or Python.
Preferred: PhD in EE, ECE, Engineering Physics, or a similar field.
Preferred: Experience with finite element analysis tools like ANSYS or COMSOL for magneto-static simulations.
