  • Work with suppliers to resolve issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Define sensing system metrics that improve customer perception and performance.
  • Support engineering build activities by conducting yield optimization and failure analysis.
  • Author detailed engineering requirements specifications for new sensors.
  • Travel to supplier facilities for production validation and issue resolution.

What we're looking for

  • At least 10 years of industry experience with motion sensors (magnetic, inertial, pressure)
  • BS degree in a relevant engineering or physics discipline
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in sensor architecture, design, characterization, and validation
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Matlab or Python for modeling and analysis
  • Competency in signal processing, sensor fusion, machine learning, and mathematical modeling
