What you'll do

Define test methodologies for various sensing hardware including force, haptics, acoustics, and vibration.
Author comprehensive sensor technology test engineering requirement documents.
Analyze characterization data using first principles to perform root cause analysis and impact assessments.
Design integrated test solutions across electrical, mechanical, and software domains.
Debug hardware-software boundary issues and support system bring-up at manufacturing sites.
Optimize test systems with external vendors to meet high-volume production quality standards.
Deliver executive-level technical presentations to communicate complex concepts clearly.

What we're looking for

BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or equivalent degree.
MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or related fields is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
Practical knowledge in electrical design and analysis with hands-on experience using common electronic instruments like SMUs, DMMs, and Oscilloscopes.
Hands-on programming skills in C/C++ or Python for embedded systems and mechatronics integration.
Experience designing robust, scalable test solutions for high-throughput production environments.
Familiarity with sensor technologies such as touch, force, actuation, and optics.
Ability to develop complex algorithms for signal processing or control.
