Required expertise includes experience with secure SDLC, vulnerability management, and frameworks like NIST, ISO, PCI, SOC 2, or FedRAMP. The role also utilizes AI-enabled tools for workflow automation while navigating risks such as data leakage and prompt injection.

What you'll do

  • Lead technically complex cybersecurity programs across the CISO organization and with cross-functional partners like Engineering, Product, and Legal.
  • Drive initiatives spanning security engineering, cloud infrastructure, identity management, vulnerability remediation, and secure software development.
  • Analyze architectures, data flows, and control designs to identify gaps and connect technical work to risk reduction.
  • Use metrics, dashboards, and audit evidence to surface material risks early and maintain accountability for distributed teams.
  • Develop runbooks and operational procedures to ensure new security capabilities can be launched and operated at scale.
  • Manage the rollout of AI-enabled engineering workflows and products while monitoring for risks like data leakage.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to provide customer assurance, compliance readiness, and go-to-market alignment for security features.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical program management, security program management, security engineering operations, or a related technical delivery role.
  • 2+ years of experience driving cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, enterprise software, compliance, audit readiness, or risk-reduction programs.
  • 2+ years working with security domains including secure SDLC, vulnerability management, identity and access management, and frameworks like NIST, ISO, PCI, SOC 2, or FedRAMP.
  • 1+ year working with architecture, data flows, control design, and infrastructure dependencies to identify risks and communicate with engineering teams.
  • 2+ years of experience driving cross-functional technical execution including ownership of program metrics, dashboards, executive updates, and decision records.
  • 1+ year of experience using AI-enabled tools for analysis, documentation, reporting, or workflow automation.
  • Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred); familiarity with Splunk products (preferred).
