Platforms Engineer The Platforms Engineer serves on the identity management team to design, develop, and administer the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration platform. What you'll do

  • Administer, develop, and optimize the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform for lifecycle management and compliance.
  • Integrate Saviynt with enterprise systems like Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SAP, and HR systems using APIs and SQL.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows, business rules, REST API integrations, and SQL-based reporting tools.
  • Execute identity management initiatives including application onboarding, migration activities, and access certification rollouts.
  • Provide advanced technical support by troubleshooting complex system issues and documenting resolution runbooks.
  • Create dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor platform performance, provisioning effectiveness, and audit compliance.
  • Design and configure IAM infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and adherence to regulatory requirements like SOX.

What we're looking for

  • Two (2) years of relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • Saviynt Platform EIC integration design, development, and support experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IAM processes preferred.
  • Experience partnering with integrated suppliers, service providers, audit, and compliance stakeholders preferred.
  • Saviynt certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency in systems administration, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.
  • Skills in automation, SQL, REST API integration, and cloud infrastructure management.
