Platform / DevSecOps Engineer, Secure AI Systems

What you'll do

• Design, build, and operate a secure platform foundation for new AI architectures across cloud and air-gapped environments.
• Architect and implement scalable runtime components for real-time inference, offline simulations, and edge deployments.
• Manage the end-to-end operation of compute, storage, networking, and database infrastructure for business-critical platforms.
• Enforce Zero Trust boundaries using segmentation, least-privilege access, and controlled ingress/egress across diverse network zones.
• Administer GitHub Enterprise Server including repository management, identity integration, and disaster recovery configurations.
• Develop a secure software-supply-chain pipeline to scan, validate, and promote trusted code and artifacts.
• Engineer geographically redundant backup, replication, and failover capabilities with routine testing for all environments.
• Automate platform operations using Terraform, scripting, and centralized observability tools while performing threat hunting and remediation.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a High School Diploma with seven years of experience building and securing business-critical infrastructure is required.
• Seven years of professional experience in platform engineering, DevSecOps, site reliability engineering, cloud infrastructure, or a related field is required.
• Three years of experience designing and operating infrastructure using Terraform across public and private clouds is required.
• Three years of production experience administering GitHub Enterprise Server or a comparable self-hosted software-development platform is required.
• Scripting and software development in Python, Bash, or PowerShell with disciplined source control is preferred.
• Experience managing highly scalable Kubernetes environments is preferred.
• Experience operating critical systems in air-gapped, disconnected, or highly isolated production environments is preferred.
• Export-controlled programs.
