The AI DevSecOps Engineer joins the Platform and Security team within the AI Software and Platform Group. As a lead engineer, you will improve security outcomes for core AI products by driving a shift-left security strategy and integrating SAST/DAST into CI pipelines. Your daily responsibilities include performing security architecture reviews, leading threat modeling exercises, conducting adversarial red teaming, and maintaining an organizational risk register. You will also lead compliance efforts with audit teams to ensure adherence to controls. The role requires expertise in AI Agents for security testing, Prisma Cloud, Wiz, and other CNAPP tools. You must be proficient in securing runtime workloads and cloud infrastructure using AWS, GCP, Azure, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Helm to ensure secure-by-design production reliability.
Drive a shift-left security strategy to ensure security is integrated into every aspect of the SDLC.
Lead compliance efforts by providing evidence and ensuring adherence to controls for internal and external audits.
Perform security architecture reviews and lead threat modeling exercises for internal products.
Conduct adversarial red teaming on internal products to ship secure-by-design solutions.
Create and maintain an organizational risk register to provide risk-based guidance to the leadership team.
Integrate SAST/DAST tools into CI pipelines and manage vulnerability remediation SLAs.
Secure runtime workloads and cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, and CNAPP tools.
Use AI agents to perform security testing and evaluations against code and deployed systems.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering plus 7 years of experience, Masters plus 4 years, or PhD plus 1 year of related experience.
2+ years of experience with AI Agents to perform security testing and evaluations against code and deployed systems.
Experience in shift-left security, including integrating SAST/DAST into CI pipelines.
Knowledge of Prisma Cloud, Wiz, or similar CNAPP tools.
Experience operationalizing vulnerability management, including setting severity-based SLAs and reducing developer remediation friction.
Experience securing runtime workloads and cloud infrastructure, including CADR/XDR/CWPP rollouts and securing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Helm.
