What you'll do

Support and enhance enterprise DevSecOps platforms including GitHub, Sonatype, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
Manage and maintain AWS-hosted infrastructure, specifically focusing on Amazon EKS clusters.
Perform Kubernetes cluster upgrades, configuration, troubleshooting, scaling, and capacity management.
Develop automation scripts using Python or Bash to improve platform operations.
Remediate security and operational issues affecting the availability of internal platforms.
Troubleshoot complex networking issues involving TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, and load balancing.
Independently manage technical problems from initial analysis through final resolution.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
A Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or systems administration is required.
At least 2 years of experience administering Kubernetes clusters is required.
Experience with AWS, Linux systems administration, and enterprise networking fundamentals is required.
Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps tools including GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Sonatype products is required.
Experience developing scripts or automation in Python or Bash is required.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, security groups, and load balancing is required.
Ability to independently troubleshoot unfamiliar technical problems from initial analysis through resolution is required.
