What you'll do

Design solutions for business and technical problems at the platform level.
Define and execute data strategies and analytics needs for Insurance Pricing and Underwriting.
Align product designs with local and enterprise standards and patterns.
Act as a technical mentor for the platform consultant community and technical strategy.
Manage priorities, value, and time to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Conduct stakeholder and risk analysis to solve high-priority initiatives and critical decisions.
Liaise between technical and business leaders to align strategic roadmaps with tactical needs.
Influence engineering backlogs and practices by building trust with directors and principal engineers.

What we're looking for

10 or more years of experience (preferred)
Very strong Insurance Domain and technical expertise.
Subject matter expertise over products and platform.
Ability to lead and influence architecture direction.
Experience in solution design for business and technical problems at the platform level.
Ability to define and execute on data strategy and analytics needs for Insurance Pricing and UW.
Ability to align product design to local and enterprise standards and patterns.
Skills in analytics, business outcomes, platform architecture, and technical strategy.
