What you'll do

  • Lead technical direction and engineering strategy for the Akeneo PIM platform.
  • Oversee the Informatica P360 to Akeneo migration, including planning and integration strategy.
  • Manage delivery execution by shaping backlogs and leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
  • Review solution designs to ensure workflows and extensions use standardized, reusable patterns.
  • Validate technical readiness for releases and take ownership of platform quality and reliability.
  • Provide vendor oversight for P360 maintenance during the transition period.
  • Solve hands-on technical problems and unblock integration or migration issues directly.

What we're looking for

  • Must be located in Chicago, IL, Peoria, IL, Broomfield, CO, or Irving, TX.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle and tools to deliver products according to requirements.
  • Knowledge of software product design and architecture to convert market requirements into designs.
  • Knowledge of software quality assurance and testing processes.
  • Knowledge of leadership concepts to enlist others in achieving objectives.
  • Proven engineering leadership experience managing platform, PIM, or MDM engineering teams (preferred).
  • Hands-on technical background in Akeneo (preferred).
  • Experience with architecture review, system migrations, and vendor/SOW management (preferred).
