As a Hardware Engineer within the Common Hardware Group, you will join a team developing innovative hardware platforms for switching, routing, and wireless products. What you'll do

Own the design and validation of server sub-systems.
Ensure all hardware designs meet specified functional requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation and functional specifications.
Drive PCB and StackUp detail construction for hardware components.
Implement PCB safety standards with a focus on Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI).
Manage the end-to-end PCB product development process.
Oversee safety compliance, board file analysis, and manufacturing processes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with 5+ years of experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 0 years of experience.
Experience in hardware designs and validation.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (preferred).
Experience with HFSS and Maxwell design tools (preferred).
Experience in hardware validation using lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, and Spectrum Analyzers (preferred).
Experience in PDN analysis (preferred).
Hands on board design knowledge, including design tools such as Cadence Concept and Allegro (preferred).
Experience with shipping products (preferred).
