What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a product strategy and vision for the H2H and API Data Reporting & Transaction Services portfolio.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle including discovery, market research, roadmap development, and backlog management.
  • Define and execute the strategy for expanding ISO 20022-based reporting capabilities and client adoption.
  • Partner with Technology and Architecture teams to translate business goals into scalable platform capabilities and data models.
  • Drive commercialization efforts including pricing strategy, go-to-market execution, and revenue realization in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
  • Manage the performance, modernization, risk posture, and scalability of existing products while driving new innovation.
  • Act as a business owner to balance growth, cost, risk, and operational performance across multiple product channels.
  • Build and lead empowered product teams by fostering a culture of accountability and talent development.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience influencing senior stakeholders, developing talent, and leading teams through complex change.
  • Deep technical and architecture understanding of APIs, H2H connectivity, data models, integration patterns, platform design, scalability, resiliency, and modernization.
  • Proven product development and commercialization experience from concept through launch, including value propositions, pricing, and adoption management.
  • Deep end-to-end Payments domain expertise in processing, reporting, client connectivity, and the needs of corporate/financial institutions.
  • Strong executive communication, commercial judgment, and cross-functional leadership skills to align internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in transaction banking, treasury services, or digital connectivity (preferred).
  • Experience with ISO 20022-based reporting products and multi-channel reporting for financial clients (preferred).
  • Experience managing an established portfolio while leading modernization and platform transformation (preferred).
