What you'll do

Design, develop, and deploy data applications using Python and Streamlit to automate financial processes.
Lead the integration of AI technologies, including LLMs and RAG pipelines, into internal tools and products.
Manage complex projects end-to-end from initial discovery and scoping through deployment and maintenance.
Connect applications to diverse data sources including databases, APIs, and data lakes across the enterprise.
Architect systems for reliability by implementing robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
Partner with financial analysts to identify high-leverage opportunities for automation and AI integration.
Write clean, maintainable Python code while establishing reusable components and technical standards for the team.
Coach and mentor finance staff on identifying practical use cases for AI in their daily workflows.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data engineering or software development with a track record of shipping production data applications.
Expert proficiency in Python and hands-on experience building and deploying web applications using Streamlit.
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and modern data lake/lakehouse environments.
Strong software engineering fundamentals including Git, code review, testing, CI/CD, and observability.
Experience building with AI/LLM tooling such as RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, and prompt engineering.
Proficiency in data visualization libraries like Plotly, Matplotlib, or Seaborn to create usable UIs.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business contexts for stakeholders.
