What you'll do

Design, develop, and deploy data applications using Python and Streamlit to automate financial processes.
Lead the integration of AI technologies, including LLM-powered features and RAG pipelines, into production tools.
Manage complex projects end-to-end from initial discovery and scoping through deployment and maintenance.
Connect applications to diverse data sources including databases, APIs, and data lakes across the ecosystem.
Architect systems for reliability by implementing robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
Partner with financial analysts to identify pain points and translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
Write clean, maintainable Python code while establishing reusable components and standards for the engineering team.
Coach and mentor finance staff on identifying and implementing AI opportunities within their workflows.

What we're looking for

BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data engineering or software development with a track record of shipping production data applications.
Expert proficiency in Python and hands-on experience building and deploying web applications using Streamlit.
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and modern data lake/lakehouse environments.
Strong software engineering fundamentals including Git, code review, testing, CI/CD, and observability.
Experience building with modern AI/LLM tooling such as RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, and prompt engineering.
Proficiency in data visualization libraries like Plotly, Matplotlib, or Seaborn to create well-designed UIs.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business contexts for stakeholders.
