What you'll do

Build and deploy tailored Palantir Foundry and AIP solutions to solve complex client challenges.
Translate client requirements into actionable delivery plans, data workflows, and technical roadmaps.
Develop production-grade data pipelines and applications using Python, TypeScript, or PySpark.
Prototype and iterate rapidly on software based on user feedback and operational results.
Manage large-scale data integration across structured and unstructured datasets in cloud environments.
Communicate technical concepts and project updates clearly to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Create comprehensive documentation including requirements, design notes, and runbooks for diverse audiences.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in data engineering, including ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Palantir Foundry for building data pipelines and deploying applications.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in prompt engineering and applied AI techniques within Palantir.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Python, PySpark, or Java.
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading an engineering team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (or Associate's Degree with at least 8 years of work experience).
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to executive stakeholders and provide high-quality documentation.
