What you'll do

Translate client requirements into actionable delivery plans, data workflows, and technical roadmaps.
Build and deploy production-grade applications and data pipelines using Palantir Foundry and AIP.
Develop custom software solutions using Python, PySpark, or Java to solve complex operational challenges.
Prototype and iterate rapidly on features based on user feedback and real-world results.
Manage large-scale data integration and ETL/ELT processes across structured and unstructured datasets.
Communicate technical concepts and project updates clearly to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Create clear documentation, including requirements, design notes, and runbooks for diverse audiences.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent with 12 years of experience.
Must have an Associate's Degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in data engineering, including ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing.
Minimum of 1 year of experience building data pipelines and deploying applications within Palantir Foundry or Gotham.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with prompt engineering and applied AI techniques within Palantir (AIP).
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Python, PySpark, or Java.
Must possess strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to executive stakeholders and write clear documentation.
