What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or University degree in an Engineering field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in software engineering, solution architecture, AI/ML, data engineering, or digital transformation.
  • Direct experience working as a Forward Deployed Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and core machine learning concepts like NLP and data modeling.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into requirements for non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and their associated AI/ML services.
  • Familiarity with data engineering principles including ETL/ELT processes and large datasets.
  • Knowledge of financial services domains such as payments, finance, and operations is preferred.
