Forward Deployed Senior Engineer

What you'll do

• Build and deploy tailored solutions using Palantir Foundry and AIP to solve complex client challenges.
• Translate client requirements into actionable delivery plans, data workflows, and technical roadmaps.
• Develop production-grade data pipelines and applications using Python, PySpark, or Java.
• Prototype and iterate rapidly on software based on user feedback and operational results.
• Manage large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to create automated decision support tools.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and project updates clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Create clear documentation including requirements, design notes, and runbooks for diverse audiences.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in data engineering, including ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Palantir Foundry for building data pipelines and deploying applications.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in prompt engineering and applied AI techniques within Palantir (AIP).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Python, PySpark, or Java.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; otherwise, an Associate's Degree with at least 8 years of work experience.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to executive stakeholders and write professional documentation for diverse audiences.
