What you'll do

Lead the functional design and configuration of Oracle CCS Service Order Management and Field Activity modules.
Design end-to-end field activity workflows for service connections, meter installations, inspections, and emergency responses.
Configure Field Activity Remarketing rules and downstream triggers for billing, metering, and market transaction processes.
Define standard configurations for premises, service points, meters, and devices within the Oracle CCS platform.
Design data flows between Oracle CCS and external systems like GIS, OMS, and AMI Head-End Systems.
Facilitate business requirements workshops with stakeholders to capture and validate field operations processes.
Produce high-quality functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and data mapping specifications.
Ensure all designs comply with US utility regulatory requirements and safety standards such as OSHA and DOT.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of experience).
Must have an Associate's Degree with work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of functional experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B or Customer Cloud Service in a US utility environment.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience designing and configuring Oracle CCS/CC&B Service Order Management and Field Activity modules.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in US utility field operations, dispatch group configuration, and integration patterns with MWM and AMI systems.
Must be able to travel between 0% and 100% based on business needs and client requirements.
