What you'll do

Define and structure data and AI strategies to build and optimize assets for client growth.
Develop business cases, investment profiles, and roadmaps to transition organizations into AI-first entities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and operations leaders on manufacturing transformation projects.
Lead end-to-end manufacturing programs integrating engineering, supply chain, automation, and sustainability.
Translate complex technical data and machine learning outputs into actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
Manage the design and delivery of AI-powered solutions like digital twins and advanced analytics.
Oversee multi-partner delivery ecosystems including technology partners and cloud hyperscalers.
Mentor high-performing teams and contribute to the development of reusable assets and go-to-market offerings.

What we're looking for

Minimum 8 years of experience in AI and data projects including solutioning, designing, or delivering.
Minimum 8 years of high-value consulting experience with proven ability to lead workstreams and large-scale delivery.
Experience leading senior-level C-suite conversations and managing senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of Life Sciences manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and GxP regulatory considerations.
Familiarity with digital manufacturing platforms, factory IT/OT, digital twins, and advanced automation.
Expertise in big data technologies, ontology, AI/ML frameworks, and architecting for manufacturing use cases.
Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments and knowledge of edge capabilities.
Must have valid work authorization that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.
