Operations Program Manager, Avionics Test

What you'll do

• Drive process improvement development across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
• Provide regular written and verbal status communications to leadership.
• Coordinate information flow across teams to support engineering and manufacturing goals.
• Align processes and initiatives throughout the avionics bus hardware organization.
• Incorporate industry best practices into the Liaison and Test engineering groups.
• Manage design transfer from engineering to production with liaison engineers.
• Coordinate with production to improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and Last Pass Yield (LPY).
• Develop mechanisms to increase operational efficiency within engineering production.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience driving process improvements (preferred).
