What you'll do

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes and distinguish signal from noise in operational metrics.
• Translate complex operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Refine metric definitions and ensure data reliability across the organization's reporting systems.
• Apply statistical analysis to evaluate the impact of operational changes and experiments.
• Build dashboards and self-serve reporting tools to enable teams to interpret performance data independently.
• Communicate key operational insights to leadership for strategic planning and decision-making.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in operations analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large operational datasets.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct investigations and identify root causes in operational data.
• Clear communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to structure open-ended analytical problems and work comfortably with ambiguity.
• Preferred experience in tax operations, financial services, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis, experimentation frameworks, Python, or R.
