Principal Data Insight Analyst

What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of comprehensive dashboards and reporting solutions integrating multiple data sources.
• Perform advanced data extraction using SQL and conduct robust analysis in Excel.
• Create visual data representations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable and visually engaging insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports with technical teams.
• Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data extraction, analysis, and visualization.
• Define, track, and visualize business and engineering metrics using advanced BI tools.
• Develop and manage ETL processes for data integration and automation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, STEM, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience.
• Master’s degree in Business, STEM, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
• Ability to maintain a final adjudicated U.S. government Secret clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Expert-level proficiency in leading data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• SQL skills for efficient data extraction and integration across diverse datasets.
• Experience in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries (preferred).
• Experience in Python programming for data analysis, manipulation, and automation (preferred).
