You will navigate the technical challenges of integrating machine learning tools into enterprise environments to solve complex problems regarding how large language models can be effectively utilized within various internal programs and high-paced operational workflows.

What you'll do

  • Design technical approaches and strategies to integrate large language models into internal products and infrastructure.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for cross-functional teams during end-to-end project lifecycles.
  • Build prototypes and proof-of-concept applications to demonstrate effective integration with Spok/Grok.
  • Advise on system-on-system architecture for advanced applications powered by large language models.
  • Develop practical testing approaches and robust system designs to deliver measurable results.
  • Monitor and maintain knowledge of evolving LLM technologies, best practices, and industry tools.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM or engineering discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in engineering or operations/process development.
  • Ability to code and develop production-level applications.
  • Experience shipping real-world applications using large language models and machine learning tools.
  • Knowledge of LLM techniques including prompt design, evaluation methods, agent systems, and retrieval architecture.
  • Experience with AI product design, integration, and testing in an enterprise setting.
  • Ability to pass Air Force background checks for Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
