What you'll do

Design technical approaches and strategies to integrate large language models into internal products and infrastructure.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Build prototypes and proof-of-concept applications to demonstrate effective integration with Grok/Spok systems.
Advise on system-on-system architecture for advanced applications powered by large language models.
Develop practical testing approaches and robust system designs to deliver measurable results.
Monitor and integrate evolving LLM technologies, best practices, and tools into the company's workflow.
Lead cross-functional groups in shipping real-world applications using machine learning tools.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a STEM or engineering discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in engineering or operations/process development.
Ability to code and a track record of developing production-level applications.
Experience shipping real-world applications using large language models and machine learning tools.
Knowledge of LLM techniques including prompt design, evaluation methods, agent systems, and retrieval architecture.
Experience with AI product design, integration, and system design in an enterprise setting.
Ability to pass Air Force background checks for Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
