As an Operations Control Manager, Executive Director within Consumer and Community Banking, you will lead a high-performing team providing control oversight for an Operations product organization while offering strategic guidance regarding the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing compliance and operational risks while ensuring the consistent application of governance requirements across the business. Your daily work involves partnering with stakeholders to strengthen the control environment, anticipating emerging risks, and developing sustainable controls to resolve identified gaps. Lead a team providing control oversight for an Operations product organization.

Ensure consistent application of policies, standards, and governance requirements.
Develop sustainable controls and drive the resolution of identified gaps.
Provide senior management with actionable insights regarding risks and emerging focus areas.
Lead strategic initiatives and project management to improve control management approaches.
Develop team talent and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
What we're looking for
10 years of experience in control management within the financial services sector focusing on compliance, operational risk, and technology risk.
Proven experience leading control oversight for a product, business, or function within a large, complex organization.
People leadership skills including setting strategic direction, developing talent, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability.
Strategic thinking and sound judgment with the ability to navigate ambiguity and develop innovative solutions.
Project management and execution skills to lead strategic initiatives and manage delivery.
Ability to build trusted partnerships, influence decisions, and communicate complex matters clearly to senior management.
Knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, or other emerging technologies and their business and risk implications (preferred).
Experience applying AI governance requirements or providing control oversight for technology-enabled products or transformation initiatives (preferred).
