Operational Technology AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and prototype AI and ML capabilities for Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
• Analyze OT data sources including network telemetry, asset inventories, logs, and sensor data to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop and evaluate ML models, AI agents, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) capabilities for cyber-physical environments.
• Build AI-enabled tools to improve asset visibility, threat detection, vulnerability analysis, and incident response.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for secure application in air-gapped, disconnected, and bandwidth-limited environments.
• Move AI concepts from research and prototypes into deployable operational capabilities.
• Implement AI-enabled cybersecurity features such as anomaly detection and automated threat hunting.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in AI and ML engineering, software engineering, data science, or cybersecurity engineering.
• Experience developing applications using Python, React, or Typescript.
• Experience with ML, Large Language Models, AI agents, or generative AI technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, network security, and threat detection.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Experience with OT, ICS, SCADA, cyber-physical systems, or embedded systems (preferred).
• Experience with RAG, agentic AI, vector databases, knowledge graphs, or AI orchestration frameworks (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree.
