What you'll do

Identify internal team needs to design technical approaches that align with specific project goals.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a STEM or engineering discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in engineering or operations/process development.
Ability to code and a track record of developing production-level applications.
Experience shipping real-world applications using large language models and machine learning tools.
Knowledge of LLM techniques including prompt design, evaluation methods, agent systems, and retrieval architecture.
Experience in AI product design, integration, and system design within an enterprise setting.
Ability to pass Air Force background checks for Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
