What you'll do

Installs, maintains, repairs, and operates mechanical, electrical, and power generation systems to support critical environments.
Conducts predictive, planned, preventative maintenance and routine inspections of equipment as per JLL standards.
Inspects and repairs pumps, fans, valves, motors, ensuring proper operation of client equipment and systems.
Monitors and maintains refrigeration, water cooling, air conditioning, boilers, heating, ventilating, hot water equipment, and other mechanical/electrical systems.
Completes tenant service requests accurately and promptly while adhering to safety protocols.

What we're looking for

Experience in installing, maintaining, repairing, and operating mechanical and electrical systems.
Proficient in predictive maintenance, preventative maintenance programs, and operational procedures.
Ability to inspect and repair pumps, fans, valves, motors, and interpret technical documentation.
Skilled in monitoring and maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
Capable of performing visual inspections, establishing work procedures, and improving production methods.
