What you'll do

Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Safety, and Control systems to ensure facility compliance.
Monitor and adjust equipment operation to maintain proper functioning and safety standards.
Generate monthly reports for the Chief Engineer and methods of procedure for critical equipment.
Maintain compliance with State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws regarding facility operations.
Escalate problems or issues to the Chief Engineer in a timely manner.
Participate in Good Catch/ Near Miss program to enhance workplace safety.

What we're looking for

2+ years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC.
Experience working in Data Centers/Raised Floor Environment.
Strong technical expertise in Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations.
Ability to perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on various facility systems.
Compliance with safety procedures and participation in Good Catch/Near Miss program.
Working knowledge of computer applications such as Word and Excel.
Availability for call-in work and willingness to work overtime shifts.
