What we're looking for
- 5+ years of technical experience in electrical or mechanical fields.
- Proficient in operating and maintaining critical infrastructure systems (electrical, mechanical, fire safety).
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair building infrastructure under pressure.
- Knowledge of HVAC, standby power, UPS, and interdependent mission-critical system operations.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing and diagnosing complex technical issues.
- Valid state driver’s license with reliable transportation for site-based role.
